Welcome to Serene Liberated Society! By choosing to work with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.

1. Contract Duration

All service packages require a 3-month minimum contract.
If you wish to continue services after the initial term, a new contract will be drafted and signed to reflect the updated agreement.

2. Consultation Calls

After submitting the New Client Intake Form, you will be contacted to schedule a 15–20 minute consultation call via phone or Zoom.
Consultation calls are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of form submission.

3. Communication & Service Hours

Service hours are as follows:
Tuesday–Thursday

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM via text, email, or chat
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM via email, chat, Zoom, or phone

Messages outside of these hours will be responded to during the next available service period.

4. Scope of Services

Your package will outline the specific services included. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope may require an updated contract or additional service fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful collaboration, clients are expected to:

Provide necessary access, content, and information in a timely manner
Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly
Communicate any changes in goals, scope, or expectations

6. Rescheduling & Missed Consultations

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Missed calls without notice may result in rescheduling delays.

7. Payment Terms

Please note: All payments are arranged off-site. We do not collect payments through our website.
Full details will be discussed during the consultation call.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during the course of our work together will remain confidential. Your privacy and business integrity are always respected.

9. Cancellation Policy

Should you choose to cancel services before the contract ends, please notify us in writing. Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the remaining contract value.
