This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Serene Liberated Society ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") who submits the intake form and agrees to the terms outlined herein.

1. Services Provided

Serene Liberated Society agrees to provide administrative, creative, or business support services based on the selected package (e.g., Seed, Sprout, Bloom, Flourish, etc.). Each package outlines a specific number of service hours per month and includes a 3-month minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed.

2. Contract Term

This agreement is for a fixed term of three (3) months, beginning on the mutually agreed Start Date and ending on the End Date, during which the Service Provider will provide services as outlined in the selected package.

3. Consultation

An email will be sent 24–48 hours after the intake form is submitted to schedule a 15–20 minute consultation via phone or Zoom. This session will determine whether both parties are a good fit for collaboration.

4. Availability & Communication

Service Provider’s business hours are:
Tuesday – Friday

• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (text, email, or chat only)

• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (email, chat, phone, or Zoom)

All communication outside these hours will be addressed during the next available window.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, business data, and project-related material will be treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without written permission from the Client.

6. Payments

This agreement is for a fixed term of three (3) months, beginning on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date], during which Serene Liberated Society will provide services as outlined in the selected package (e.g., 30 hours per month for $1500 USD).

All payments shall be made monthly in advance, with payment due no later than the 20th of each month for the upcoming month’s services. For example, payment for services to be rendered in May is due by April 20th.

A 5-day grace period is granted, allowing payment to be made without penalty up to the 25th of the month. Payments received after the 25th will be considered late and will incur a $35 late fee.

Services will not commence on the scheduled date until both the signed contract and the first month’s payment are received.

Repeated late payments or non-payment may result in a pause or termination of services at the sole discretion of Serene Liberated Society.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Any work outside of the defined scope of the selected package may require a new contract or an add-on service agreement and is subject to availability and additional cost.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement prior to the contracted end date with a minimum of 14 days' written notice.

If the client chooses to terminate the agreement before the end of the 3-month term, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for payment of the full current month’s service fee, regardless of the date of termination within that month.

No refunds will be issued for unused hours or partial months. Serene Liberated Society will cease all services at the end of the 14-day notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of termination by Serene Liberated Society due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct, services may be suspended or ended immediately, and any outstanding balances will remain due.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the intake form and proceeding with the consultation, the Client agrees to the terms laid out in this agreement.
